I wanted to share a recipe I came up with recently;

2 cups of red lentils

1 can coconutmilk

2 cups water

2 chopped tomatoes

1 vegetable broth

One table spoon tomatoe paste

Mix this in a pan and cook the lentils for about 15 minutes. Choose spices after taste & Enjoy!
